Michael Perillo, CPA, CVA

Michael Perillo is the founder of Dynamic Energy. Mr. Perillo leverages an accounting background along with his corporate and energy experience to assist clients in developing projects that maximize value through efficient ownership, financing, and utilization of federal, state and utility incentives.
Prior to founding Dynamic Energy, Mr. Perillo provided financial advisory and valuation services to companies throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and participated in various merger and acquisitions, public debt offerings and initial public offerings. Formerly a manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte & Touche, he has served clients ranging from privately held businesses to publicly-traded multinational corporations.
Mr. Perillo is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. He received his M.B.A. from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business and B.S. in Accountancy from Villanova University. |

Brett Thibodeau

Brett Thibodeau is responsible for operations of Dynamic Energy including business and corporate development, planning, and general business processes. With extensive experience in solar, Mr. Thibodeau’s operational, financial and development background provides clients significant, experience-based counsel on project structuring and execution.
Prior to joining Dynamic Energy, Mr. Thibodeau worked for Uni-Solar and SunPower, two of the world’s largest solar manufacturers and systems providers, gaining international project development experience. He also has worked in the commercial building industry with the leading U.S. roofing & building products manufacturer, CertainTeed. Previously, Mr. Thibodeau worked with entrepreneurial companies and began his career with LaSalle Partners (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in commercial real estate finance.

Tony Parisi

Tony Parisi is responsible for Dynamic’s corporate development and capital strategies, including project structuring and relationship development with clients and other financial and strategic partners. Mr. Parisi’s experience in evaluating, developing and financing projects, along with his extensive knowledge of debt and equity markets, serves to enhance Dynamic’s delivery of energy solutions to customers.
Mr. Parisi joined Dynamic from Weston Solutions, a 2,000 employee company that integrates sustainable solutions in environmental, engineering, energy, and construction projects. As Weston’s Treasurer and Director of Capital Markets, he managed the company’s capital resources and structured energy, real estate and water projects. Mr. Parisi has also served on the board of Rainwater Management Solutions, a rainwater harvesting and water efficiency systems company.
Previously, Mr. Parisi was an investment banker for more than a decade, as Managing Director with Fairmount Partners and Senior Vice President with Communications Equity Associates. He has 10 years of commercial banking and corporate finance experience at CoreStates Bank (later First Union). Mr. Parisi received his B.A. degree from Brown University. |

Michael R. Cromer, P.G.

Michael Cromer is responsible for managing the core CHP and Energy Efficiency business models at Dynamic Energy. Prior to joining Dynamic Energy in 2008, Mr. Cromer had more than 10 years experience in the environmental engineering field. He is a licensed Professional Geologist in several states with a broad range of experience working in the Mid-Atlantic region.
Before joining Dynamic Energy, Mr. Cromer launched a renewable energy services division within his previous engineering and construction services firm where he gained experience in site development and a wide range of energy and environmental projects. His diverse background results in operational efficiencies and provides valuable risk mitigation for Dynamic’s clients and finance partners.
Mr. Cromer obtained a Master of Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and his B.A. degree from Shippensburg University. |

David Deutsch

David Deutsch is responsible for business development and project finance at Dynamic Energy. David's diverse financial and energy experience enables him to help clients maximize value and minimize risk associated with their development projects. Mr. Deutsch has nearly 20 years of experience in the energy and renewables industries.
Prior to joining Dynamic Energy, David ran his own solar development company and worked for Mercury Solar, developing solar projects throughout North America. Earlier in his career, Mr. Deutsch worked for various independent power producers, including Duke Energy and International Power, in project development and mergers & acquisitions. Previously, David worked in the commercial insurance industry as an actuary with Reliance Insurance.
